Our one-bedroom villas‘ interior design and amenities are identical, with the mountain-view units’ prime location being the main difference. We also offer one-bedroom apartments that, instead of being standalone units, are part of the same building, with each apartment occupying one floor.

Our two-bedroom villas are classified as superior and deluxe. The deluxe units have recently been renovated and feature a more modern design. They also have a premium location in the resort.

When making a reservation, we can only guarantee the type of unit that is booked, but we can’t guarantee the specific villa number it will be assigned.

You can check availability and prices on our [here]. We require a 20% reservation deposit, and the balance can be paid upon check-in. We accept debit and credit cards, Paypal, bank transfers, and cash at reception. Regardless of the payment method, a valid debit/credit card is required as a guarantee, and Naiwok Hills reserves the right to authorize it.

Yes, all utilities are included with any rate, we don’t charge any additional fees for Wi-Fi, gas, water, or electricity.

We offer daily complimentary housekeeping, and linens are changed upon request.

None of our rates include breakfast, but we offer different options through our room service, available every day from 8h to 18h.

CHECK.IN

As a rough guide, the check-in time is from 15:00h to 21:00h, and we can’t guarantee an earlier time. If you plan to arrive sooner we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible, without any additional fee. You can enjoy our facilities and store your luggage for your convenience until you can move in.

For a faster and smoother check-in, please inform us in advance about your arrival details.

Our reception opens every day from 8:00h to 18:00h. If you are coming to Koh Phangan in the evening, or your boat is delayed, we are happy to welcome you. Make sure you inform us in advance about your arrival details.

We don’t accept check-ins later than 21:00h, when the last boat arrives

Our reception opens every day from 8:00h to 18:00h but we are available for guests’ emergencies 24/7. If you want to visit the resort before making a reservation, we suggest making an appointment.

We offer a complimentary transfer from the pier, which can be easily requested by [contacting us]. If you are coming from somewhere else on the island, we also offer [taxi services]. If you come with your own vehicle, you can easily find us on [Google Maps].

Cancellations are permitted at least 14 days before check-in without any additional charges, except for any deposit that has been paid, which isn’t refundable in any case. 

No-shows will be considered cancellations. If your plans have changed and you won’t be able to check in on the date you booked, let us know in advance. Without an explanatory contact, reservations are automatically canceled when guests don’t check in.

Modifications such as the arrival or departure dates, length of the reservation, number of guests, or villa type are only permitted at least 14 days before check-in and are subject to availability. Modifications may result in a rate change.

CHECK.OUT

As a rough guide, the check-out time is between 8:00h and 12:00h. If you are planning to leave earlier than that, please make sure you let us know in advance. On the previous day, you will need to clear your balance (if any) and we will quickly inspect your villa.

Late check-out is subject to availability, and can only be confirmed on the departure day. It might be subject to a late check-out fee

We offer a complimentary transfer to the pier. The day before your departure you will be asked for the details and be able to request a free transfer to the pier. If you need to go somewhere else, we also offer [taxi services].

Absolutely; even though it is required to leave the villa before noon, you can keep using the resort facilities for the rest of the day, and we will store your luggage free of charge.

If you forgot something at the resort, let us know as soon as possible. We can’t accept any responsibility for missing personal belongings but will do our best to try to find them. Any cost for transportation will be at your expense.

FAMILIES

The maximum capacity of the one-bedroom villas is 2 adults, and the maximum capacity of the two-bedroom villas is 4 adults.

We consider children all guests up to and including 12 years old, and they can stay for free on existing bedding. The maximum allowance is 1 child for the one-bedroom villas and 2 children for the two-bedroom villas.

Most bedrooms in Naiwok Hills offer king beds; one bed in the one-bedroom villas and two beds in the two-bedroom villas. Some villas feature twin beds (separated beds). We cannot guarantee the availability of a specific configuration.

We can’t provide extra beds, so it is important to consider the villas’ bedding configuration and maximum capacity before booking.

While we cannot guarantee availability, we make every effort to ensure the guest’s request is fulfilled. Feel free to contact us before making a reservation, and we will confirm whether or not those are available. In any case,  the request has to be made in advance.

Yes, we can arrange a nanny for you. 

DIGITAL.LIFE

We are aware of the need for fast and reliable Internet and we have made sure to get it: every villa has its own Wi-Fi  connection, with an average speed of 500mbps up&down.

Yes, we can provide an appropriate working space. You can request a desk (120x60cm) and a comfortable chair free of cost. We don’t set them up as default, as some guests don’t need them; that is why you won’t see them in every picture.

We don’t have a co-working space on site, but several options are available around Naiwok Hills.

We can help you scan and printing your documents for a small fee.

Most of Naiwok Hills’ guests are families and digital nomads, so we promote a quiet environment.

FACILITIES

We guarantee parking availability for both cars and scooters. Some villas have parking just next to them, and we also have a parking lot that can be used free of cost.

We feature a 60sqm salt-filtered swimming pool and basic fitness room on-site, available only for guests. The opening time is from 7:00h to 22:00h.

Pets are not accepted in any of the villas. 

We don’t have a restaurant on-site, but there are many choices of restaurants and markets nearby. Feeling lazy? No problem; we offer room service from 8:00h to 18:00h, and there are dozens of restaurants that deliver food to Naiwok Hills. Have a look [here]

Out of respect to all Naiwok Hills guests, it is not allowed to organize any kind of party or event, at any time of the day.
